Because some people are needy, so this post will take EXACTLY 11 minutes to make. Franz Ferdinand just recorded a cover of Britney Spears' "Womanizer," which, coincidentally, has been covered by other people. Because "Womanizer" is unfairly catchy (seriously, see how good you feel about yourself when you suddenly realize you're singing it out loud in a line of people), it makes sense that people are covering it.
